Leadership Training for Non-Supervisor EEO Professionals

In many organizations, the focus on leadership skills is usually directed at those who are in supervisory or management positions.  However, when it comes to leading in the federal government, it is often the non-appointed leadership role that can make the most significant impact in an agency.  Leadership skills are an essential element of career development and upward mobility.  This comprehensive course was specifically designed for EEO, S.E.P., and A.E.P. professionals in the grades of GS-9 – GS-13, who plan to progress in their careers as managers, supervisors, and directors. Our core facilitators are former EEO Directors with over 50 years’ experience. All participants will receive a comprehensive workbook. Upon completion of this course, participants will have a clear understanding of what it takes to lead and how to prepare for leadership positions and will return to their organizations with a new sense of purpose and engagement. All participants will be administered an online leadership style assessment before the start date of the course.
