How to Supercharge Your Special Emphasis Program (SEP)

This course is designed to enhance the SEP program for any EEO Office.  We have compiled decades of best practices that will give SEP Managers (SEPMs) strategies beyond checking the box.  The SEP is designed to be the mechanic for the overall EEO Program when administered effectively.  This course will focus on how to leverage information from the FEV, EEOC MD-715 and the EEOC 462 Report to create preventive programs as well as reduce complaint load.  Participants will also have a chance to share their successes with other program managers.  Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to make an annual EEO/SEP plan with or without a budget. SEPMs who attend this course can take what they learned and apply it immediately to enhance their current programs. Participants will receive a certificate after completion of the workshop.
