Employee Resource Groups (ERG)

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have emerged in the workplace as a standard component of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. ERGs are practical tools for championing programs that attract and retain diverse talent. This comprehensive workshop  provides an ERG member with sound fundamentals for starting and managing an engaging ERG. Participants will gain invaluable strategies for diversity recruitment, retention, professional and leadership development. Upon completion of his course, participants will have the knowledge and basic skills to launch an ERG or integrate into an established ERG.  All participants will be administered a communication style assessment before the start date of the course and receive a certificate after completing the course.

  • Benefits of an ERG

  •   Core competencies for ERG members

  •  Critical roles for ERG

  •  Importance of connectivity with other ERGs and D.E.I. councils

  •  Leveraging communication style

  • Energizing and maintaining ERG membership

  • Developing a charter

  • Executive sponsorship

  •  Mission, goals, and objectives

  •  Measuring effectiveness of ERG efforts

  •  Conducting Listening Sessions

3-Days, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. E.S.T. each day


Standard rate:
  $550.00 per participant

(Certificate provided after successful completion of all sessions)
