EEO Counselor Refresher Course
This course is designed to provide experienced EEO Counselors with EEO law updates, innovative alternative dispute resolution techniques, questioning techniques, significant case studies, and enhanced writing skills. Participants will discover how recent O.F.O. decisions will impact the EEO process and case law. This course meets the annual EEOC 8-hours training requirement. Participants will receive a comprehensive workbook.

- Equal Pay Claims
- Pregnancy Discrimination
- Remedies
- Listening Strategies
Duration
(4) 2-hour Sessions (Tuesday-Friday) 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. E.S.T. each day
Participants must be able to attend all sessions of instructions to receive a certificate
Prerequisite:
Experienced EEO Counselors or EEO Professionals
Standard rate: $315.00 per participant
(Certificate provided after successful completion of all sessions)
