EEO Counselor Annual Refresher
This course is designed to provide experienced EEO counselors with EEO law updates, innovative alternative dispute resolution techniques, questioning techniques, significant case studies, and enhance writing skills. Participants will discover how recent OFO decisions will impact the EEO process and case law. This course meets the annual EEOC 8-hours training requirement.
Course Topics Include:
- Recent case updates
- Reasonable accommodations (Disability & Religion)
- Developing an EEO Counselor Plan
- Sexual Harassment Claims
- Claims of Harassment and Reprisal
- Inquiries into Performance Management, and much more

(4) 2-hour Sessions (virtual learning)
May 5 – 8, 2020 (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri)
10:00am – 12:00N each day
Participants must be able to attend all sessions of instructions to receive certificate
Prerequisite:
Experienced EEO Counselors
Standard Rate: $315.00 per participant
(Certificates provided after successful completion of all sessions)
